Meet our founder, McKensi Norton.

After seven years of working in the customer service industry, McKensi decided to take her knowledge of how to properly care for the individual needs of the public and fixate on a specific part of her personality- being a clean freak. Combining the two was the perfect recipe. McKensi is also a huge animal lover and wishes to ensure that all pet owners feel comfortable in booking with us, as having pets can get messy and be stressful with someone new entering the home. Her goal was to learn the needs of her clients, their pets, and employees in order to provide the ultimate experience from each side of the business.
